Payment made, especially if with cash, for goods or services, will be with genuine currency or financial instrument! (To emphasize.) 10. No possibility of buyer or purchaser complaining to market regulators or industry watchers about the overcharging. 11. (Reserved.) (Some other item or service could not be afforded or secured, as a result of the excess amount paid.
