| DAMAGE LIMITATION Definitions: i. The process of trying to limit the amount of damage that is caused by something. ii. Action that is taken to make the bad results of something as small as possible, when it is impossible to avoid bad results completely. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary to lessen or reduce damage, whether or not process or action is admitted as intended to reduce the bad. 2. Action or process will be taken or done timely or promptly attempted. 3. Not an illegality, unlawful, an unauthorized action or process. 4. Does not bring about a new challenge or problem, danger or concern. 5. Costs in terms of time and resources, plus the energy, that will be used to try to start and finish process, or to do the required acts or procedures, will be considered as the affordable minimum. 6. No new real good will be obtained from attempt or action, even as the time that will be spent will not be considered as wasted period. 7. No buts, ifs, whys, etc., in situation.
