Believed necessary, not purposeful, for time-waster. 2. There is a certainty that nothing will be gained. 3. Nothing left undone. That is, period will be spare time. 4. No negative after-effects will arise from doings. 5. The moment won't be rushed or hurried, however short or long. 6. Waste or time-waster can't be punished or regretted. 7. Who acts or behaves frivolously enjoys the activity engaged in. 8. Lack of seriousness lasts for a limited period of time. 9.
