Definition: A person who does not believe that something good will happen or that something is important.

1. Never ready or prepared to make the maximum use of an opportunity, if or whenever one arises.

2. Makes plans and provisions for the worst possible situation.

3. Cannot be persuaded or cajoled to have a rethink or change of mind.

4. Has a ready-made excuse for negative attitude. And is full of doubts or misgivings or mischief.

5. Always satisfied with the least achievement, if any. That is, never complains about an outcome, especially where this is a loss - planned or unplanned. (Connect to #1.)

6. Careless and carefree; not cautious and watchful about the time or timing, or over his or her comments/opinions, or about the likely consequences of actions or inaction, or/and with probable opportunities.

7. Does not believe in the Almighty God (What manna? Which stupid miracle?)
