Never ready or prepared to make the maximum use of an opportunity, if or whenever one arises. 2. Makes plans and provisions for the worst possible situation. 3. Cannot be persuaded or cajoled to have a rethink or change of mind. 4. Has a ready-made excuse for negative attitude. And is full of doubts or misgivings or mischief. 5.
