| CUTTING EDGE (1) Definitions: i. [ the ~ (of something) ] The newest, most advanced stage in the development of something. ii. If you are at the cutting edge of a particular field of activity, you are involved in its most important or most exciting developments. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. 1. Relevance and value of the thing's role cannot be mismanaged or underrated. And involvement of person in activities will not be haphazard or halfhearted. 2. Capability and functionality of thing, or competence and ability of person, is guaranteed to be present for as long as necessary. 3. Reliability or functionality, ability and knowledge possessed, etc. can be backed up with the needed patience to go the whole hog of the development process. 4. (Reserved.) (Thing or development will be positive, progressive, beneficial, etc. to and/or for who is 'on edge', with advantage and for the larger society.) 5. Presence or availability, existence or accessibility, etc. will be for duration desired - as long as work is ongoing. 6. No possibility for the situation to end up in a defeat or disaster. That is, stage of development will be one in which advancement or further progress will be inevitable. 7. An outcome or end result in or from situation will be one that is novel. That is, the newness, advancement, importance and excitement to come, in the thing, will be very genuine. 8. Person experiencing condition cannot be fazed, shocked or confused by a discovery. That is, whatever challenges or problems that may be encountered can be surmounted in the situation, whether project, endeavour, research, etc. is continued or not! 9.
