| CUSTOMER RELATIONS Definition: The relationship that a business has with its customers and the way in which it treats them. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and considered necessary to have and sustain contact or communication with customers. 2. Business has a specific mission and vision that reflects in the particular way that customers will be handled. 3. Permanently and constantly nurtured, as long as business is a legal entity, and however long it exists. 4. Standards, levels, provisions, value and worth, etc. of goods or services made available to customers will be of the highest quality. 5. Codes or rules of behaviour, negotiation, etc., charter or conditions, etc. guiding relationship are real or realistic, and all these are made known, in good time, to customers. 6. Accountability, intervention strategies (where required), level of employee engagement, etc., available in the business, are of the highest grade - leaving nothing to be desired, for the customers. 7. Relationship brings no unplanned loss to both parties. That is, there will be mutual benefit for the business (= owners, management, employees, etc.) and customer (= wholesalers, suppliers, retailers, etc.) from the way they interact and treat each other. ________________________________ So it's not some chance thing.
