| CUSTOMER NEED Definition: (informal) The requirement of somebody who patronizes a shop/store or service provider. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary, whatever this/these may be, for particular customer. 2. Thing requested or desired will be in the stable or product line of manufacturer, supplier, producer, entrepreneur, etc. 3. Quality required will be what is available or provided. Or can be made available or be provided. 4. Quantity or quantities desired will or can be obtainable, within a reasonable time or period of requesting. 5. Promptness or timeliness of dealing should be appropriate. That is, effectiveness and efficiency should be provided for who is spending hard earned money. 6. Treatment, reception, communication, etc. should be humane, respectful, honourable; 'king' expects courtesy and appreciation. 7. Environment or ambience of place where goods or service is to be obtained will be safe, secured and protected; neat, clean and tidy - not posing a threat or challenge of any sort - health, social, etc - to buyer. (To emphasize). 8. Costs (= billing, charges, prices, including tips, etc.) should be affordable, even if it will take a negotiation, haggling, etc. to achieve satisfaction. ___________________________ ... can be satisfied.
