Purposeful and considered necessary to have cloth over window, whether pulled over window or not. 2. Cloth is made of the exact material(s) desired. 3. Dimensions of the piece are as required, in respect of length, thickness, width, etc. 4. Colour(s) is/are appropriate for the walls or surrounding of window (to emphasize). 5. Cloth is securely fixed, not likely to drop or fall from rails, etc. 6. Cloth is clean, neat and tidy. 7. Piece has no tear or hole, unless this is the design! That is, has no likelihood of being 'compromised'. 8. Condition of the surface of cloth is as desired, with or without a crease, etc. 9. Can be easily and quickly removed, if necessary. 10.
