| CRUSH (2) Definition: [ ~ (on somebody) ] A strong feeling of love, that usually does not last very long, that a young person has for somebody older. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements would be in. 1. Purposeful, even if indeterminate, for youngster. 2. Subject (= target) of liking (love?) is right. That is, person is of proper age - not so much older - and not a very close relative (he's/she's cool). 3. Feeling is unmistakable, in the youngster's opinion. That is, it is LOVE, not infatuation or lust ... (shh,). 4. Not 'delivered', that is, feeling is not openly expressed. That is, no physicality is involved. 5. Not 'incognito'. That is, mature person is aware or suspects that he or she is admired by youngster. (And never takes advantage of the young.) 6. Feeling however 'long' it stays, will surely peter away (connect to #7 & #8). (Somewhat nostalgic?) 7. Feeling after it expires, will not be possible to and therefore, cannot be revived or had again in the future. (Dies and is buried.) 8.
