| CRIMINAL MENTALITY Definition: Someone with a criminal mentality has the tendency or is likely to commit a crime at the slightest opportunity. ______________________________________________________________________ * All five elements would be in. 1. Needs no accessory to do crime (to break the law). And/or won't be able to have a genuine cause as being the reason for bad behaviour. ________________________________________ See perfect SENSE OF PREDICTABILITY. 2. Has seemingly perfected plans to escape the long arm of the law. And/or will consider a sanction, if caught, as a professional hazard. ____________________________ See perfect LIKELIHOOD. 3. Does not really care about the quality or quantity of benefit or gain obtainable from criminality, vis-a-vis the efforts that will be put in or the risks involved. And/or gets a kick or buzz from run-ins or running battles with the law-enforcement or the police. ______________________________ See perfect GLUE-SNIFFING. 4. Can't be bothered about enactment, reform, repeal, etc. of a law. And/or never exploits a chance provided by the criminal justice system. ____________________________________ See perfect CRIMINALIZATION (2). 5.
