Person knows or suspects that there is a punishment for what will be done/said or left undone/unsaid. 3. Confidently cocky, bold or daring, etc. while offence is being committed; never expects to be caught. 5. Does not commit the crime under the influence of drugs or illicit substances (connect to #4). 6. Will show no true 'sorry emotions', if seen; never remorseful. _____________________ ... HARDENED CROOK ! 7. Has a natural (?) tendency to offend again (if not caught and put away!). 8. Never caught; leaves no trail or trace, ahead of law enforcers; and if suspected and charged, never successfully prosecuted. 9.
