| CREMATION (1) Definition: The act of cremating somebody (= burning the body after death). ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements should be in. 1. Purposeful (connect to #2, to emphasize). 2. Considered a necessity to burn, instead of bury, a (the) corpse. 3. Person is confirmed as truly dead. That is, person is not being burnt alive! 4. Act is not considered illegal where it takes place. 5. Not against the wish, and last testament, if any, of the dead. 6. Procedures, processes, etc. are followed as required by law, tradition, custom, etc. That is, identification, location, prayers, placement, etc., as applicable, are conducted appropriately. And burning takes place on a pyre only, without the crematorium getting burnt! 7. There are remains (= ashes) from the act, whether these are collected or not. 8.
