Cannot be discovered as a 'cookery' by a professional auditor, accountant, etc. through a mere, cursory look at the books. 4. Regulators can discover the dishonesty or shenanigans, whenever an official examination is conducted on the business (to emphasize). 5. Gains arising from the 'unprofessionalism' is worthwhile for the business/accountant, etc. And punishment that may be served, if dishonesty is discovered, is considered acceptable by offender(s). 6. Books have been manipulated and prepared with the knowledge and authorization of management and/or owner(s) of business. 7.
