Definition: An unwillingness to give information about something, or answer questions that tell people too much about you.

1. Purposeful, even if considered unreasonable by others.

2. You consider it vital not to give information or answer questions.

3. You break no law by the refusal or unwillingness.

4. Information possessed or the answers you might give are relevant, important and needed by the person(s) making enquiries.

5. Information or answers are not already in the public domain.
That is, questions are not to reconfirm already known information or facts.

6. You will have a change of mind, when threatened, persuaded, cajoled, compromised, etc. That is, reluctance or reticence can and/or will eventually give way. In other words, unwillingness will lasts for only an appropriate duration.

7. You do not regret the 'surrender' later. That is, your will that is/was broken does/did not bring about a sad memory afterwards.
