Definitions:

i. (law) The place where legal trials take place and where crimes, etc. are judged.

ii. A place where justice is administered.

1. Purposeful (to emphasize).

2. Necessity to have place set up (see definition).

3. Place has valid jurisdiction. That is, recognized by the public and relevant authority/authorities of county, state, country, association, organization, etc.

4. Place is safe, secured and protected from physical attack from within and without!

5. Clean, neat and tidy and with the right ambience.

6. Appropriately and/or adequately equipped for judge, lawyers, etc. to function optimally.

7. Right person(s) in place to administer justice. That is, member(s) of the bench or jury are qualified, experienced, etc. as appropriate.

8. Minimum number (= quorum) is obtained whenever in session (where necessary or applicable).

9. All applicable, formal procedures operating in the place are followed to the letter. (To emphasize.)

10. Processes are timely concluded. That is, place does not contribute to delayed administration of justice (connect to #7 & #9, to emphasize).

11. The authority in place has the capacity - sheriffs, bailiffs, etc. - to ensure prompt and correct execution of, or compliance with, the (a) judgement (= ruling, etc.).

12. Judgment passed at this place will not be upturned at a higher court, on appeal.

13. Place serves purpose(s). That is, justice is administered, without fear or favour, from its temple.
