| COUCH POTATO Definition: (informal) Someone who spends most of their time watching television and does not exercise or have any interesting hobbies. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements would be in. 1. Healthy and fit, well and energetic; can do something with time. 2. Will attempt to justify or defend condition or activity, claiming to be learning more, needing rest, avoiding bad influence, etc. 3. Does not commit an illegality as a direct outcome of boring life. 4. Truly satisfied with situation - no complaints or grumblings. 5. Suffers some loss, disadvantage, inconvenience, etc., whether or not noticeable, admitted, documented, etc. 6. Accepted as is, but only by his or her loved ones. (To emphasize.) 7. Will be very slow, reluctant, lazy, unwilling, etc. when required to act fast - no plan, dream, confidence. ____________________________________ ... this is ONE LIFE EBBING AWAY. | |
