Secured - salary, rental or dividend income, etc. is guaranteed. 2. Stable - economy, inflationary trends, etc. do not affect purchasing power of money. 3. Responsibilities are specific - no unplanned increase in family, etc. And no serious emergencies! 4. Affordable. That is, what is possessed is without encumbrances or impediments; fully owned. 5. Estimates and projections made in respect of budgeting and/or expenditures always add up. That is, plans or planning are A-ok. 6. Controllable.
