Definition: The act or effect of making somebody change from moral to immoral standards of behaviour.

1. Purposeful, especially for the person pushing for change.

2. The 'benefits' that will accrue from change are highlighted.

3. Guarantee of the absence of a negative consequence is given. Or the 'ineffectiveness' of after effects are stressed to the person being made to change for the worse.

4. Person is aided and abetted. That is, there is a great encouragement or 'push'.

5. Never involves the use of threats or the application of force - only cajoling, coaxing, pleading, etc. (To emphasize.)

6. State changed to is remained in for considerable period (where the person convinced to change will have a rethink in the future).

7. Person who changed to immoral state realizes the decline in values afterwards. That is, there is a realization that change was negative.

8. Person corrupted remains in negative, immoral state. That is, no change of mind is had. In other words, 'u-turn' is not regretted and achieves goal(s) as hoped for (to emphasize, connect to #6).
