| CORRUPTION (1) Definition: Dishonest or illegal behaviour, especially of people in authority. ____________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements would, so sadly, be in. 1. Purposeful, even if unnecessary, for the corrupt (NOT INADVERTENT). 2. Signs of an act or action close to dishonest or illegal behaviour by others, is or will be vehemently and publicly condemned by these person(s) in authority (to emphasize) (NEVER SUSPECTED). 3. Act or actions when being perpetrated will be shamelessly given cloaks of respectability or 'necessity' (NOT BRAZEN). 4. Committed with a collaborator or collaborators - whether this/these is/are a/some low and/or medium and/or high-ranking official(s) (NEVER INGENUOUS). 5. Never declared by perpetrator(s) (to taxman, etc.) or ordinarily reported to appropriate anti-corruption agency/organ (investigator, etc.) (NOT DISCLOSED). 6. 'Spoils' are never invested maximally/optimally (NEVER HONOURABLE). 7. 'Benefits' or the 'crumbs' of 'gains' are used in various ways to 'cheat', 'harass' or 'oppress' or intimidate the lowly (connect to #6) (NOT EXCUSABLE). 8. Bad behaviour is never 'paid' for. That is, corrupt official(s) will get away with wrongdoing (NEVER REGRETTED). 9. Bad people in authority achieve objective(s) of the dishonest or illegal behaviour, whatever this/these is/are (NOT QUESTIONED). ______________ * SHUN IT !
