| CORRUPTIBILITY Definition: The state of being corruptible (open to corruption, especially to bribes). ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements would, supposedly shamefully, be in. 1. Who is in state will be unprincipled; not disciplined. 2. Who has propensity for bribe-taking will be unabashed. 3. This person will be insatiable, never truly contented. 4. Endeavours to create some 'safety net' before misdeed. 5. Concern or interest will be only self or vested party. 6. Tries to rationalize misbehaviour or seek a scapegoat. 7. Proudly display ill-gotten gains; never admits source. 8. Loudly condemns corruption, but only while awaiting own chance to take bribe(s). 9.
