Definition: [ ~ (with somebody) (about something) ] An informal talk involving a small group of people or only two; the activity of talking in this way.

1. Purposeful - and truthful; proper and honest.

3. The talk connects. That is, what is said and heard by the persons involved make sense, or is meaningful, to them.

4. Talk is concise, not verbose. That is, activity lasts for an appropriate duration.

5. Participated in by both persons or by all the people involved. That is, everyone spoke, or all will speak; fantastic; smooth, nice.

6. Talk is complete and of the right kind - does not include a 'scribble', gesticulation or eye movements, etc. and is concluded at the particular occasion. (To emphasize.)

7. Does not disturb or inconvenience others who are nearby and not directly connected or involved with the subject under consideration.

8. Objective(s) of chit-chat, gossip, ramblings, etc. is/are achieved as exactly hoped for by the persons involved.

9. Never leads immediately or in the future to a fight or cause a problem that will result in an unplanned loss for the people involved. That is, informal talk is not regretted afterwards.
