Every aspect of fact, opinion, etc. is accessible to be studied and/or examined. And this has been done. 2. Comparison that is made, before the conclusion that there is an absence of agreement, is thorough and/or complete. 3. A reappraisal, retest, etc., as necessary, is/was done. 4. A chance for a refutation or reconciliation is made available and this does not resolve disagreement. That is, no (likelihood of a) doubt. 5. Impossible at the particular instant to have a convergence, though disagreement is not irreconcilable or irrecoverable.
