Definition: A person or company that has a contract to do work or provide goods or services for another company.

8. Executes contract exactly according to the terms of the agreement, even if part(s) of the job is/are subcontracted! That is, attitude to work (= project) is not lackadaisical! (see perfect SERIOUSNESS).

9. Person or company pays all the appropriate fees, taxes, etc. due to the relevant agencies of government, etc. (see perfect GOOD NAME).

10. Makes responsible (= reasonable), not outrageous (= 'killing') profit on the contract (see perfect QUOTATION (3)).

11. Does not show appreciation by way of kickback, 'unsolicited' gifts, etc. to any person(s) who awarded or claims to have influenced the award of the contract (see perfect FIGHT AGAINST CORRUPTION).
