Contingency (5)

Definition: The quality or state of being contingent.

* All five or six elements, as applicable, should be in.

1. Variable(s), improbable(s) is/are specific, identifiable.

2. Duration of the quality will be measurable or assessable.

3. It will be impossible to force a change in the condition.

4. A conditionality, if any, will be real and/or realizable.

5. There will be nothing untoward, to cause an overreaction.

6. The end result of quality cannot be considered as a loss.
