Purposeful and considered as necessary to be in state. 2. What is touched or closest to is specific and identifiable. 3. Extent of touch or closeness will be measurable or assessable. 4. Quality will be desirable and so sustained for a required period. 5. The condition will be a continuous one all through its existence. 6. No unplanned loss arises as a result of touching or being next. 7. Can't be interfered with by an external force (to emphasize). 8.
