Consubstantiation
CONSUBSTANTIATION

Definition: (theology) The Lutheran doctrine of the mode of Christ's presence in the Eucharist, the divine substance coexisting with the substance of the bread and wine.

1. Purposeful and necessary - the doctrine.

2. Can be supported by a Biblical authority.

3. Presence will not be attempted to be proved. That is, likelihood of Christ's being close, won't be specific and identifiable.

4. Feeling of coexistence cannot be measured and/or assessed. That is, not possible to try to trace movement or location of Christ.

5. Acceptance of doctrine compels holiness or Christ-like behaviour.
That is serves purpose(s). In other words, impacts on the active participants.

6. Remains only as long as ceremony is on. That is, departure will be felt immediately after meal (on eating and drinking bread and wine).
