Purposeful (to emphasize). 2. Necessity to send or deliver thing. 3. Message and package is intact and 'complete'. 4. Act is approved and/or authorized, where necessary (connect to #8). 5. Destination or recipient is sure before act is commence - that is, there will be no need for a redirection once person/item 'departs'. 6. Act is accomplished. That is, person/item gets to or is received at destination intact and timely. 7. No unplanned loss occurs during the process. 8.
