| ALMANAC (1) Definition: A book that is published every year giving information for that year about a particular subject or activity. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and considered a necessity by publisher. 2. Appropriate authorization or approval is secured to publish. 3. Details in book are correct and current, whether historical or futuristic, whatever the subject matter. 4. Information contained in book will be complete and whole, true. 5. Print will be very clear. That is, pictures, graphs, etc. will not be difficult to read, see, etc. 6. Publication will be well-packaged, securely bounded, etc. 7. Book will be made available before January 1 of the particular year that its contents are about. 8.
