Consequential damages
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

Definition: (law) Damages arising indirectly.

2. Awarded by a competent court on conclusion of trial.

3. Made or given to the right party/litigant/complainant.

4. Could not have been orchestrated or arranged in collusion.

5. Won't be reduced or increased on appeal to a higher court.

6. Paid or settled very promptly, as officially directed.

7. Considered as 'substantial' and/or worth the efforts.

8. Applied directly in connection with the source (connect to #4).

9. Payee does not get to benefit, directly, from funds use or usage.
