Purposeful and necessary. 2. Statement will be released timely, and ceremony will be conducted by the right official(s), with the proper legal authority. 3. Footing or basis of confirmation will stated. And evidence or proof of this will be provided during event certifying holiness. 4. The measures or methods applied, during ceremony, including incantations, invocations, sacrifices, etc. will be the correct ones as stated in the Holy books. 5. Appropriate provisions to support protection and ensure compliance will be stated by authority conferring holy status on thing. 6.
