| CONGRATULATION (1) Definitions: i. (usually - congratulations) A message congratulating somebody (= saying that you are happy about their good luck or success). ii. The expression of pleasure in the success or happiness of (another). ______________________________________________________________________ * All twelve elements should be in. 1. Purposeful (to emphasize, connect to #2). 2. Necessity in your opinion to express happiness (connect to #9). 3. Right selection of words/wording/act(s)/action(s), etc. 4. Message is promptly and timely given and received. 5. Achievement has been confirmed recorded. That is, success is certain to have been secured before message is offered. 6. Given to the proper and deserving person(s). 7. You sincerely believe or you know for sure that the success is/was genuinely attained (even if 'hero' cheated to attain victory!). 8. Message is 'signed', that is, issued personally and/or delivered in person by you. 9. You are truly happy with the person's success. That is, you did not silently wish for the victor's failure before accomplishment. And you did nothing to hinder the person's progress or success during his or her quest for victory.
