| ALLOWANCE (1) Definitions: i. An amount of money that is given to somebody regularly or for a particular purpose. ii. A regular periodic sum of money paid to a dependant. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary (to emphasize). 2. Authorized/approved or justified in giver's opinion. That is, there will be a legal and/or an official backing, or a personal conviction for the payment(s). 3. Adequate in the recipient's or beneficiary's estimation. 4. Given or paid, and received, timely as in agreement or 'contract'. 5. Sum is full and correct each time it is paid and received. 6. Given unconditionally. That is, collection will be stress-free and on what or how it can be applied will be convenient for recipient. (See definition.) 7. Paid directly to the rightful beneficiary/dependant. 8. (Reserved.) (Days, weeks, months, years, etc. covered by a payment will not include an advance period.) 9. Serves purpose(s).
