| CONFLICT OF INTEREST(S) Definitions: i. A situation in which there are two jobs, aims, roles, etc. and it is not possible for both of them to be treated equally and fairly at the same time. ii. A situation where someone cannot make fair decisions because they are influenced by something. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements would be in. 1. A full understanding and proper appreciation of issue will be had. 2. There will be no real opportunity cost or definitive cost-benefit. 3. No component or feature in matter can be relegated or criticized. 4. Compelling reason(s) will be proffered for a 'double preference'. 5. Situation will be frustrating, as aspiration(s) will be hampered. 6. Actions to advance position of either option will be impossible. 7. The influence cannot be disregarded at this stage (to emphasize). 8. Inescapable and no temporary or ad hoc arrangement can be made. 9.
