| CONFINEMENT (1) Definition: The state of being forced to stay in a closed space, prison, etc., the act of putting somebody there. ______________________________________________________________________ * All ten elements would be in. 1. Duration is appropriate in the opinion of 'prisoner'. That is, person will not die unnaturally in the place.
