[ ~ (with somebody/something)/ ~ (between A and B) ] An agreement between countries, political parties, etc. to work together in order to achieve something that they both want. ii. A treaty between governments. iii. The relationship formed by the treaty between the governments of nations. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary for the parties involved. 2. Entered into timely, to help achieve the goal(s). 3. Voluntarily entered into. That is, of each party's volition, not coerced or forced. 4. Clear and understood or understandable terms, agreed to by all the parties involved. 5. (Seemingly) workable, all other things being equal. 6.
