| COMPETITIVENESS (2) Definition: The state of being as good or better than others. ______________________________________________________________________ * All five elements should be in. 1. Quality has been correctly and comparatively measured and confirmed as being as good or better than a similar person or thing. That is, proof can be provided to support claim of superiority. 2. State can be maintained or sustained for period of time required. That is, quality cannot go down or lower than that of another. 3. There is some creativity or loads of innovation in the state. That is, requirements and conditions needed to be fulfilled can always be met. In other words, person or thing will have the appropriate influence, whether an end result is profitable or not. 4. No unplanned loss will be suffered by competitive person or thing, especially if participation in a contest is on a level-playing field. That is, person or thing will not be ordinarily restricted or inhibited. 5.
