Thing is available promptly and/or at the right time. 4. Thing is present or available in appropriate measures. That is, thing is not an 'overcompensation'! 5. Thing is not illegal - however beneficial! 6. Thing is present and lasts for an appropriate duration of time as desired to help achieve objective(s) (connect to #7). 7. Quality of thing is genuine.
