| ALL CLEAR (1) Definitions: i. (usually - the all-clear) A signal (often a sound) which shows that a place or situation is no longer dangerous. ii. A signal that a dangerous situation, for example an air raid, has ended. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements should be in. 1. Purposeful to indicate an end of particular situation. 2. Considered a necessity to use signal to achieve goal(s). 3. Given and seen or heard clearly. That is, signal will be directed or broadcast to the right audience. 4. Shown timely or early, immediately after ending is concluded, not when the process is on or while situation is still ongoing. 5. Authorized or approved by the appropriate authority/official(s).
