What is resumed - that was stopped - is not an illegality. 4. Situation was desired to be returned to. That is, person was not coerced into hugging the limelight again. 5. Situation or level of performance returned to is not less that the previous level or stage (to emphasize). 6. Reappearance or return achieves objective(s). 7. Performance or activities or presence on return or rebound still has a 'following'. 8.
