| COMBINATION (2) Definition: The act of joining or mixing together two or more things to form a single unit. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. 1. Purposeful (see definition). 2. Necessity to have single thing. 3. Things to be joined together are the right and proper items. That is, things are properly selected and are authorized, where necessary. In other words, things are approved and of the right quality. 4. Numbers of the parts or whole units to be mixed together are correct and complete. That is, things are in the correct quantities. 5. The appropriate process is adopted to keep things together - blending, tying, taping, screw on, insertion, mixing, etc., as applicable or necessary. 6. Result of process of mixing things together is exactly what is expected. That is, product of mixture is the output planned for. 7. Reaction, if any, from the combining action, will be as expected. 8.
