| COLOUR-BLINDNESS (2) Definition: (British English) The treatment of people with different coloured skin in exactly the same way. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary for who treats equally. 2. Their legal rights are fully made known to them (where applicable) and duly respected. 3. Their privileges, if any, are completely assured and/or given. 4. No discussions or conversations about ancestry or race is had with all of the people involved. 5. Opportunities provided for all the people will be the same. __________________________ WHAT PROFILING ? 6. Penalty or punishment (where applicable), for an offender, will not be discriminatory - based on skin colour - whatever condition(s) is/are prevailing. 7. Reaction or response to a possible untoward behaviour or attitude of a person will take no cognizance of pigmentation. That is, level of self-control, by the person who is 'colour-blind' will always be at the highest. 8. 'Playing field' will be deliberately made level, for all, in equal measures, in respect of time, space, etc. 9.
