COLLISION COURSE (2)

Definitions:

i. (idiomatic - be on collusion course with somebody/something) To be moving in a direction in which it is likely that you will crash into somebody/something.

ii. If two or more people or things are on a collision course, they are likely to meet and crash into each other violently.

1. The cause or causes - 'rubbing shoulders', some 'rat racing' or a competition, turf war, etc. - for likelihood will be known.

2. Never deliberately planned or designed. That is, efforts that failed to avoid situation would have been attempted or made.

3. Direction or trajectory of 'movement' will be specific and identifiable; fixed and unalterable while it lasts.

4. Pace or speed of 'advancement' towards violent end will be measurable and/or assessable. That is, 'clash time' can be estimated.

5. Aftermath or consequence of the clash-to-come would be negative or destructive; undesirable, yet unavoidable.

6. No collateral damage will occur as a result of the process leading towards a collision or the reality of a clash. (To emphasize.)
