Person puts his or her best efforts into the endeavour. 4. Person discloses to the partner and acknowledges all the sources of information or data (to emphasize). 5. Makes appropriate and lawful contributions, compromises, etc. That is, product quality improved as a result of the input of this additional person. 6. No unplanned loss arises for this person as a result of cooperating with another. 7. Acknowledged appropriately in the end. That is, given adequate credit or recognition on completion of production. 8. Gets appropriate royalties, acknowledgments, commendations, etc. 9.
