One attained position or acquired standing same way as the other. 2. Both persons or things are in similar organization or environment. 3. The grounds or basis of believing both as equals would be easily verifiable, be this on a testing ground, aptitude or competency test, etc. 4. Both will be of a similar make or brand, religion or faith, etc. That is, no airs, or complex, or competition will arise amongst them. 5. Those concerned will be aware of equality, need not test strengths. 6.
