Purposeful and necessary for members (see definition). 2. Group is registered as a legal entity and therefore permitted to engage in the activities involved in. And regulated, where required. 3. Membership of group is guided by applicable rules. 4. Group is engaged in only lawful ventures/activities. 5. Has rules and regulations governing conduct of members, finances, administration and/or organization, responsibilities and duties of officials, etc., etc. 6. Its activities are beneficial to the larger society. That is, group fulfills all its legal obligations in addition to meeting some social responsibilities. 7. Meetings are well-conducted and recorded, documented appropriately. 8.
