Definition: The feeling that a difficult or an unpleasant experience has come to an end or been dealt with in an acceptable way.

1. Purposeful and necessary to have feeling.

2. Never forced. Feeling comes about gradually, but naturally.

3. Factors responsible for difficult or unpleasant experience are established, recognized and admitted.

4. Nothing concerning the underlying factors is concealed, whether consideration is done alone or in conjunction with others. That is, no self-delusion is involved.

5. The demons are confronted. That is, everything is discussed frankly and thoroughly by all the parties involved. Or reasoned dispassionately, if act is a one-man endeavour.

6. A judgment was made from the discussions, whoever or whatever gets a blame or punishment or pardon.

7. Nothing illegal was done during the whole process of dealing with the issues responsible for difficult or unpleasant experience.

8. There is a full forgiveness and complete forgetfulness.

9. Relationship(s) or confidence must be rebuilt or contact(s) reestablished, as applicable - that is when the purpose is fully served, and the real end actually reached. In other words, there must be a full reconciliation.
