| CLOSE THING Definition: (usually - a close thing) A situation in which success or failure is equally possible. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements would be in. 1. Grounds for success or failure will be specific and identifiable. 2. Conditions for pass or fail will be measurable and/or assessable. 3. An exact factor for failure will be opposite of that for success. 4. External variable or influence won't be able to alter the course. 5. There will be no indecisiveness, procrastination or misdirection. 6. An outcome cannot change, from success to failure, or vice versa. 7. Who is in situation will be in charge of faculties during period. 8.
