| CLIENT (1) Definitions: i. A person who uses the services or advice of a professional person or organization. ii. A person who hires the services of a professional (doctor, lawyer, accountant, etc.). ____________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. * From a professional's point of view. 1. Purposeful and necessary ! 2. Brings up case or matter timely. This is when the professional is financially hard up. 3. Tells the whole truth (detailed, upright, honest, admits untruths, etc). 4. Pays the bills, fully, promptly (without serious question!). 5. Pays the bills once, not piece-meal (unless the agreement is for piece meal payments). 6. Knows nothing (or pretends to know nothing) about the professional's discipline or area of specialization. 7.
