Purposeful for the issuers of cheques. 2. Considered necessary by the bank to make good. 3. Presentation, acceptance or receipt of cheques take place. 4. Genuineness of financial instrument is checked. 5. Words and figures are confirmed, for completeness and correctness. 6. Signature(s), mandate, endorsement is/are verified. 7. Account balance or viability and its status is ascertained as good. 8. Approval is issued by the authorized bank official(s). 9. A transfer, encashment, etc. after appropriate procedures is made. 10.
