| CLASSROOM Definition: A room where a class of children or students is taught. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary. 2. Well-built. That is, structure is safe and secured and room is not likely to collapse during bleak weather conditions. And no leaking roof or ceiling! 3. Well and adequately equipped, and with all the necessary teaching materials available. 4. Clean, neat and tidy. 5. Environment or surrounding of room is conducive for learning. 6. Spacious enough for the number of seats arranged in. That is, room is airy, comfortable, etc. 7. Walls are relatively sound-proof! 8. Walls, ceiling, etc. have no drawing or painting, writing or some 'scribbles', etc. on, that can be a distraction to teacher and/or students. 9. Room serves purpose(s).
